GENERAL INFORMATION FOR THE CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS

PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION METHOD

In order to participate in the conference it is necessary to complete and send the enclosed Application Form by fax or e-mail to the Organising Secretary, together with a document giving proof of payment, with the exception of organisations who require an invoice prior to carrying out payment. The amount to be paid must be calculated with reference to the name of the person or organisation appearing on the invoice

All participants duly registered will receive written confirmation of their registration.

Payments must be made by:

-bank transfer to c/c n. 20029647 - ABI 2008 - CAB 1046, made payable to: ANAI - Unicredit Banca, via XX Settembre , 31 - 10121 Torino;

-postal order to c/c n. 17699034, made payable to : Associazione Nazionale Archivistica Italiana - via Pompeo Magno, 1 - 00192 Roma

-Immediate notice should be given in the event of cancellation.

A 50% reimbursement of the registration fee will be made only to those who give written notice of their cancellation by April 28, 2003.

INSURANCE

The Conference fees do not include insurance for participants against personal accidents, sickness, theft or damage to property. This also applies to all events held during the Conference period. Participants are advised to take out such insurance as they may consider necessary.

CONFERENCE VENUE

The Conference sessions will take place at the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce “Torino Incontra” Via Nino Costa, 8 -Tel. 00390115576800 - Telefax. 00390115576809.

HOTEL BOOKING

The Organising Secretary has an option arrangement with a number of associated hotels for a sufficient number of rooms during the conference period.

For hotel bookings please contact the hotels directly (see enclosed form), specifying that the booking relates to rooms reserved for the conference “La Memoria del Cinema”.

Due to the large number of conference events due to be held in Turin in May, we advise you to book hotel rooms well in advance. Reservations received after the option expiry dates will be subject to hotel’s availability (see option expiry dates).

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE

An attendance certificate will be presented to all registered conference participants.

NAME BADGE

Every participant will receive a personal name badge at the moment of registering for the Conference, to be worn during the Conference sessions and related social events.
